Question 1

Can the airline confirm this booking?

Accepted Answer

No. This is a reservation document you use for paperwork — it is not a purchased ticket and it cannot be confirmed or looked up directly with the airline. We say so plainly on both tiers so you know exactly what you're getting.

Question 2

Is this a real ticket?

Accepted Answer

No. It is a flight reservation document with your route, dates and passenger details. It cannot be used to board a flight. You must purchase a full ticket separately before you travel.

Question 3

What's the difference between Basic and Pro?

Accepted Answer

Basic is free: one passenger, economy class, fixed currency, and an instant PDF you download on the results page — it isn't emailed or kept in your account. Pro is $9.99 and adds the airline logo, multiple passengers, currency and cabin selection, instant email delivery, access from My Bookings anytime, and priority support.

Question 4

I chose Basic — can I still get it later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every reservation is saved against your email when it's created, so if you upgrade to Pro your original document appears in My Bookings instead of having to be recreated.
