1. About Skytrippa
Skytrippa is a travel comparison and metasearch platform. We show prices and availability from third-party airlines, hotels and experience providers. We are not a travel agency or the provider of any travel service.
2. Booking disclaimer
When you book, you enter into a contract directly with the travel provider (airline, hotel, activity operator). Skytrippa is not a party to that contract and is not responsible for the delivery, quality, cancellation or refund of any travel service.
3. Accurate information
We take care to display accurate prices and availability, but data is provided by third parties and can change quickly. Confirm all details on the provider's site before booking.
4. Acceptable use
Do not scrape, resell or misuse the service, attempt to break its security, or use it for unlawful purposes.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skytrippa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a travel provider's acts or omissions.
6. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
